Minutes from the February 2, 2024, monthly meeting

Members Present:
Amy DeVillez, Rosemarie Bower, Kandi Andrade, Kevin Pearson, Robin Dickson and Carl Lambrecht
Absent: Jim Snell

The meeting was called to order by Amy at 10:03 a.m.

CASINO NIGHT: Discussion followed regarding getting things ready for Casino night. Sales of wristbands will finish today at 4 p.m. We have folks signed up to help in all areas for the night. Rosemarie will email as we get closer to March 23 rd to have folks volunteer to move furniture and set up that morning. We have a
special meeting on Monday, February 26th at 10 a.m. to finalize and make sure we have everything ready for
Casino night.

VETERANS WALL: Dave Dittmeier will be contacting Rosemarie to email our members to get a team of 5 working men to help.

FINANCIAL REPORT: At the end of January, we had a balance of $87,930. Donations are still coming in for Casino Night. Rachel Pearson has volunteered to help Kandi with taxes.

Special Board Meeting for Casino Night: Monday, February 26 at 10:00 a.m. in the Savannah room.

Next monthly Board meeting: Friday, March 8 at 10 a.m. in the Savannah room.
