Minutes from the November 10, 2023, monthly meeting

Members Present:
Amy DeVillez, Kandi Andrade, Carl Lambrecht and Robin Dickson

Members Absent: Rosemarie Bower and Kevin Pearson; J.A. Swartz resigned due to health issues.

The meeting was called to order by Amy at 10:00 a.m.

NEXT GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING: Tuesday, January 16 th at 4 p.m. in the clubhouse ballroom.

FINANCIAL REPORT: We have a balance of $63,720.

COAT DRIVE: In just 4 days, we collected approximately 177 large bags of coats, winter clothes, blankets, and towels, plus five boxes of books, coloring books and CDs. This is around 118 bags more than last year!

CASINO NIGHT: Advertisement & fundraiser team already met and is working of the Casino Night event.
Goal is to raise $25K. The team consists of Amy DeVillez, Carl Lambrecht, Ernie Seymour, Gary Halperin and Gene Bramblett. The Food Committee has already met and is working on the food menu for the event. This team consists of Rosemarie Bower, Angie McClure (lead), Lois Ehlers, Alice Bray and Deborah Ulam.

Amy will work on getting the 5 college students as servers. We are looking forward to having 315 people at this event. The board approved raising the ticket price to $30.
VETERANS WALL: The HOA approved the wall. Amy will be meeting with Dave Dittmeier after the holiday. Kevin Pearson will assist with this project.

VETERANS IN NEED: No open cases.

Next board monthly meeting: No meeting in December.
